  This is our favorite reptile store! The reptiles are always well cared for and the service is awesome. We have been going to Reptropolis for years and have never seen any animals in cages that were not well-maintained. It is always the highlight of our day when we need to pick up supplies for our reptiles at Reptropolis. It is also very helpful that their feeder animals are in stock when we need them. Thank you Reptropolis!

  The gentleman that owns this store is very knowledgeable about all different types of reptiles, and is super friendly. He answers all of my non-medical related questions about my bearded dragon. I only go here for food and lighting. His prices are very reasonable, and I actually found that he's cheaper than Petsmart. He has a variety of live food, and a great variety of pets for purchase. There are even some resident pets that are also very friendly :) He also has tanks, branches, vines, food additives (I get calcium powder), heating pads, lighting, etc. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who has a reptile or is looking to get one!

  We have done business with Reptropolis since about 2003 when they were in SC. Jesse (owner) was an employee then and was an expert with all the reptiles in the shop. She helped us choose a Green Water Dragon for our young son and we became regular customers for years. We always received courteous, knowledgeable and friendly service at this outstanding mom & pop store: in contrast to the "big-box" pet stores. 14 yrs later, Carla is healthy & part of the family here in NC.
